Sentry Security is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support department with vision, heart, and accountability. What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the Department: You’ll take full responsibility for customer service operations—performance, structure, employee development, and service excellence.

Deliver Outstanding Support: Lead a team focused on professional, solution-driven customer interactions that reflect the Sentry standard.

Build and Develop Your Team: Hire, coach, and empower a high-performing group that thrives on accountability and service.

Set Clear Priorities: Align daily operations with long-term service goals; ensure workloads are managed effectively and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Be Proactive: Prevent problems before they start—refine systems, analyze trends, and resolve recurring issues.

Act as a Customer Advocate: Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs and feedback influence service and product decisions.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • 3+ years in a customer service management or team lead role, preferably in a service-based or technical industry.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability—you step in, step up, and lead from the front.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in building motivated, results-driven teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with CRMs, phone systems, or help desk platforms is a plus.
